With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, I have built a strong reputation as a coach, leader and connector. From my time at the Municipality of The Hague, where I provided strategic advice to boards and led teams, to my work as an interim manager – my approach is always focused on getting the best out of employees, identifying and hiring talent, and taking the achievement of objectives as a starting point. My background combines practical experience with a solid academic foundation, including education at renowned institutions such as Nyenrode Business University and the Coaching Academy International. This combination of expertise, strategic insight and human involvement enables me to guide professionals and organizations in achieving their goals.
